Leadership/Coaching

Our leadership team is committed to helping you reach your business, financial and personal goals! We help you design a business plan that includes daily and weekly activity plans. We also help you manage communication with your clients to “wow” them through the process creating referral partners for life.

Leads

Our Marketing team can provide you with leads to build your business. These leads are generated by print advertising, digital purchase and refinance marketing, radio ads and direct mail.

 

Underwriting Turn-Times

Loan Operations include:

  • 24-48 hour approvals on purchases.
  • TBD Underwrites subject to Derogatory Seasoning available.
  • Underwriting Scenario Team can provide quick turn-around times for loan scenarios or product solutions.

Our Purchase Commitment includes:

  • Reduced turn-times for purchases every step of the process.
